It is with great pleasure that I share the excerpts below describing two awards honoring this year’s “PCB Organizational Award of Merit” and the PCB-sponsored “Regional Certification Award”. Both are primarily due to Don Pilker’s professionalism and selfless service to the security community. He is currently our ASIS Chapter Treasurer, Education Chair and LEA Dinner Chair. He also is President of the local chapter of the “International Association for Healthcare Security & Safety (IAHSS)” in his spare time. I also want to say a special thank you to Arthur Jackson, the Awards Committee Chair, for the splendid writing and comprehensive research needed to make this happen.
